What is Zumba Fitness


Zumba is a sport that reflects Latin fitness and dance movements that are currently popular among women. World celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Madonna are keen to persevere. Not only promising fitness, Zumba also managed to burn calories, fat, and healthy heart.

Zumba comes from the Columbia language, zum-zum, which isn't fast. This series of dance moves that bewitched a lot of people to join this sway is a blend of African and Latin traditions, ranging from music, aerobics, to dance movements, such as salsa, merengue, mambo, cha-cha, cumbia, flamenco, tango, hip hop, rumba, calypso, and bachata.
